This East Austin food trailer is attached to the Vortex Theater and Butterfly Bar was originally started by a Kickstarter campaign. Nick Patrizi was hoping to build on his family’s 50 year legacy in Beaumont, TX. So with the old family restaurant recipes, he reopened in Austin. All their pasta is homemade and you are sure to find some good Italian eats that bring a sense of the family-centered environment that Nick grew up with, the kind that sticks with you long after the meal is gone.
