Unity Vegan Kitchen is a gourmet food trailer located in the shady, relaxing, uniquely Austin ambiance of the East Side Food Park. Their eclectic and reasonably priced menu is made from scratch on the premises, using locally sourced and organic ingredients whenever possible, and consists of such favorites as their house specialty lasagne, sandwiches prepared on bread that is baked daily, and a mouthwatering pineapple cobbler based on the owner’s grandmother's recipe. There are also gluten free options available. Unity Vegan Kitchen is passionate about providing the best dining experience they can and work hard to make sure that every customer leaves satisfied and happy.
