The Mighty Cone started out of Austin City Limits Music Festival in 2002. The festival contacted Hudson on the Bend’s owner, Jeff Blank, in an attempt to entice local restaurants to join in on the festival’s food court. Blank experimented with the restaurants famous Hot n’ Crunchy breading on a variety of foods and placing them in a drink cone. The most famous being the Hot n’ Crunchy chicken cone with the chicken wrapped in a tortilla making for easy eating for festival-goers. Now the cone fun can be enjoyed year round at the trucks location in Picnic Park

They are open every day of the week but Monday, from 11am to 9pm. On Monday, they are closed.
