Ceviche7 is a one-man authentic-Peruvian trailer.  It is a hidden gem tucked by The Burlap Bag gift shop. Their signature dish is, of course, the ceviche, where the raw fish comes with peppers and steamed corn from the South American country, and sweet potatoes.  Other popular dishes are their lomo saltado, aji de gallina, pan con chicharron and arroz chaufa.
