Torchy's Tacos began as a food trailer, but quickly expanded to numerous brick and mortar locations in Austin and beyond.  The brick and mortar South 1st location is off El Paso and South 1st Street and serves the same "damn good" tacos.

Beware of parking at this location.  The local neighborhood has put up signs prohibiting people from parking in front of their houses.  There is parking in front of the location and also around the corner. Hours are Monday - Thursday 7am - 10pm, Friday 7am-11pm, Saturday 8am-11pm, and Sunday 8am-10pm
